Independent market-research software Evidence before claims

Privacy policy

Clear information about personal data.

This policy explains what ECG Trading Intelligence receives, why it is used, and how to ask about access, correction or a privacy concern.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

In this policy, “ECG”, “we” and “us” mean ECG Trading Intelligence. This policy describes the current website and the intended purchase and manual TradingView-access process. Purchasing is disabled in this DEV_05 review build.

Information we receive

The public-facing website does not currently require an account and does not contain a public contact form. If you email ECG, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include in that correspondence.

If purchasing is enabled later, the intended process may provide ECG with customer contact details, the TradingView username supplied for invite-only access, transaction and purchase-verification records, access records, and support correspondence.

The hosting service may process basic connection, device, browser and request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the website. The current source does not include a marketing-analytics service, tracking pixel or non-essential advertising cookie. The approved product video is served from this website rather than embedded from an external video platform.

Payments

When live purchasing is separately approved, payments are intended to be processed by Stripe. Stripe will handle payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. ECG does not intend to receive or store full payment-card details. ECG may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and other information needed to verify a purchase, keep appropriate records and resolve a payment or access issue.

How we use personal information

  • To respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • To verify an eligible purchase and the supplied TradingView username.
  • To arrange, record and support manual access to the two private invite-only TradingView indicators.
  • To maintain transaction, security, operational and dispute records.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the website, ECG and its users.

ECG does not use the information to provide personal financial advice or automatic trading access.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by service providers only where reasonably needed for hosting and infrastructure, email and support, payment processing when enabled, and manual TradingView access. Stripe and TradingView are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Some providers may process information outside Australia. The locations depend on the provider and its current configuration; ECG does not name a country that has not been verified. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law, or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, security or a dispute.

ECG does not sell personal information.

Security and retention

ECG uses reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the information and service. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, security codes, full card details or confidential trading-account information by email.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, service and support records, security and dispute handling, and applicable record-keeping obligations. It is then deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable. No fixed retention period is stated where one has not been established.

Access, correction and privacy complaints

You may ask what personal information ECG holds about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy complaint by emailing support@ecgtradingintelligence.com.au. Explain the request without sending a password or security code. ECG will review the request in good faith, may need to verify your identity, and will explain the outcome. This process does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Policy updates

This policy should be reviewed when the website, purchasing, providers or information-handling practices change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.
