These terms explain the US$5 one-off package, platform-specific delivery and the limits of ECG’s research tools.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the ECG Trading Intelligence website and the purchase and delivery of the package described below. “ECG”, “we” and “us” mean ECG Trading Intelligence. These terms are plain-English information and are not legal advice or a legal certification.

2. The package

The package costs US$5 in United States dollars as a one-off purchase. It is not a subscription and does not create a recurring charge.

The package is offered for MetaTrader 5 (MT5), MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and cTrader. The customer selects the correct platform’s US$5 Stripe payment link on the website and supplies a delivery email address at checkout. After payment is verified, ECG manually emails a ZIP package containing installation instructions and both compiled indicators for the selected platform:

ECG Pair Pulse; and
ECG History-Delta.

No source code is supplied. The purchase provides the platform-specific right to use the two closed-source indicators; it does not transfer source code or ownership of the indicators.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct platform, supplying an accurate delivery email address, maintaining a usable platform account or installation, and using the platform and indicators appropriately. Never send ECG a platform password or security code.

An incorrect platform selection, delivery email address, installation or account issue may prevent or delay delivery until the customer supplies accurate information or resolves the platform issue.

4. Third-party platforms

MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4 and cTrader are third-party platforms. ECG does not control platform accounts, availability, market-data feeds, broker connections, restrictions, terms or technical changes. The customer must comply with the applicable platform and broker terms.

If a third-party issue affects delivery or use, contact ECG so the facts can be reviewed. Nothing in this section excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Research and decision-support only

The indicators and website are research and decision-support tools. They are not personal financial advice, a trade instruction, a buy or sell signal, a recommendation, or a promise of profit, performance, loss control or any other outcome.

Markets involve uncertainty and risk. The customer remains responsible for independent assessment, suitability, platform settings, risk controls and every decision made using or after viewing the information.

6. Website information and availability

ECG aims to describe the product accurately and to keep material website information clear. Market data, third-party platforms and online services can be unavailable, delayed or changed. No delivery deadline, uptime commitment or service level is promised where one has not been established.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
